[On-screen text: Dani Angelico - Principal]
Dani Angelico: What I really like about our new 5-storey building is the flexibility of the space. We definitely have more spaces where students can do group work, collaborate, where we can now hold events.
[The camera pans across specialised spaces inside the new 5-storey learning hub. We fade to 2 students in a science classroom.]
Dani: We've got specialised spaces which we didn't have before, we’ll be able to run science classes and technology classes and robotics classes.
[A student sitting down comes into view.]
[On-screen text: Amelia – Student]
Amelia: Having space to do specialised activities is brilliant. I love the new visual art spaces.
[Amelia and a second student come into view painting in the visual art space. The camera pans around the space.]
Luke: Now you've got designated rooms for visual arts students to create art.
Dani: There's a gorgeous, you know, light that comes in through the windows. They really do feel like artist studios.

[On-screen text: Luke – Student]
Luke: The new performing arts spaces have been awesome. I've been able to film a fair bit of my film, like the main scene in that space.
[The camera pans across indoor space where we see Amelia and Luke filming.]
Dani: We've already had some performances in that space, and it's working really, really well.
[The camera fades to Luke and Amelia working in the iMac lab.]
Luke: There's a whole new iMac lab, so in terms of people editing stuff, that's made a big difference.
Amelia: Before we had the new building, we were all running drama and theatre out of a music room, so it was great to have a specialised learning space for that kind of thing.
[The camera now pans across the music facilities.]
Dani (in voice over): Our music facilities and instrumental practice rooms, which are soundproofed, often they'll come in in the morning and get some practice done before school and using those spaces after school as well.
[The camera pans across flexible learning spaces and a gallery.]
Amelia: The recreational spaces are amazing.
Dani: It's got gorgeous internal spaces and breakout spaces where students can just recreate at recess and lunch, come in before school and study and things like that.
Amelia: The indoor flexible learning spaces are amazing.
Luke: Things that I probably like most about it is the senior common room and it's just given space for us year 12s to feel like a graduate year level and that we can enjoy being together.
[The camera pans across interior spaces and a rooftop recreational space.]
Dani: So the building now is going to allow us to be able to engage further with our primary schools and also the students in the Flemington Education Plan.
Amelia: I feel like it brings a higher quality to our learning.
