Victorian School Building Authority

We're building new early learning and childcare centres across Victoria. These government-owned centres provide long day care along with integrated 3- and 4-Year-Old Kinder programs.

New Victorian primary schools will have a kinder on-site or next door. We're also planning and building a pipeline of kindergartens at existing schools.

Building Blocks Partnerships are in-principle agreements between the Department of Education and kindergarten service providers. They set out how we co-invest in kindergarten infrastructure.

The Capital Works Fund supports priority building projects to improve the learning environment, condition or character of Victorian schools.

Specialist schools provide specialised education for students with specific disability and high needs. Find out more about upgrade projects or new specialist schools we've built.

Supported inclusion schools are mainstream primary or secondary schools designed to support a higher number of students with a disability.
