About the project
We partnered with Mitchell Shire Council to expand this centre.
We added a fourth kinder room so that up to 38 more local children can attend kinder at a time.
The centre is now able to offer kinder to up to 135 children at a time. It may be able to enrol more kids by spreading sessions throughout the week.
Funding
This project received $3.97 million as part of the Building Blocks Partnership between the Victorian Government and Mitchell Shire Council. The Victorian Government has committed up to $23.4 million to support 4 projects in the Mitchell Shire Council. These will create up to 601 kindergarten places in the local government area.
