About the project
We completed Stage 3 of the upgrade and modernisation at the school. This completes the second phase of the Performers Precinct, as well as the administration area and library and artisans precincts.
Funding
The school has received an additional $12.256 million in the 2018–19 State Budget and through the Planned Maintenance Program.

About the project
We are consolidating Castlemaine Secondary College onto one site on Blakely Road, replacing existing buildings in four stages to develop four distinct learning precincts.
Stages 1 and 2 involved:
- Stage 1 - The Wellbeing Centre
- Stage 2 - The Engineers' Precinct
- Stage 2B - Phase 1 of the Performers' Precinct.
Funding
In the 2013–14 State Budget, $7 million was allocated to the school. In the 2014–15 State Budget, $5.5 million was allocated to the school. In the 2015–16 State Budget, a further $2.5 million was allocated to the school.
