About the project

We upgraded and expanded Baden Powell Kindergarten.

We demolished the existing kindergarten and maternal and child health building. This made way for a new 3-room kindergarten with a maternal and child health consulting room.

The new kinder can offer kinder to up to 99 children at a time. The service may be able to enrol more local kids by spreading sessions throughout the week.

This project also received funding through a Building Blocks Planning Grant.

This project received $4.2 million as part of the Building Blocks Partnership between the Victorian Government and Frankston City Council.
