About the project

We are partnering with Hume City council to expand this centre.

We are adding a new 2-room modular kindergarten building. These new kinder rooms will offer kinder places for up to 66 local children. It may be able to enrol more local kids by spreading classes throughout the week.

This will expand free kindergarten as part of the Best Start, Best Life reforms.

Funding

This project received funding as part of the Building Blocks Partnership between the State Government and Hume City Council. The State Government has committed up to $7.4 million to support 5 projects. These will create up to 280 kindergarten places in the local government area.
