About the project
We're building a new primary school. It will open with places for up to 525 students.
This school will help meet increasing enrolment demand from a growing local population. It will ease pressure on surrounding schools and help local students get high-quality education close to home.
Details on how to enrol your child and enrolment boundaries will be published in the year before the school opens.
Facilities
When open in Term 1 2026, the school will include:
- 2 learning neighbourhoods
- an administration and library building
- outdoor play courts
- a community hub with indoor multi-use court, canteen and arts/music spaces
- a sports field.
Funding
In the 2023–24 State Budget the school received a share of $573.178 million. In the 2024-25 State Budget, this school shared in $947.7 million allocated for new schools construction.
