The Victorian Government is transforming local education through the Footscray Learning Precinct.
Development of the precinct began in 2015, with a focus on championing excellence in learning and teaching and opportunities for every student at every stage of education. This precinct will provide seamless transition from early learning to adult education, making education more accessible for the Footscray community than ever before.
As part of the new precinct, we created a new high school with three campuses, constructed a primary school gym with music and performing arts spaces, and we're building an integrated early learning centre. Students and families will be able to access a range of education and health and wellbeing services through these new facilities.
